Part-Time Sales Associate

4 - 20 hours per week, including most Saturdays. Additional hours are available during summer months, around the Christmas and Valentine holidays and for special events.

An elegant women’s boutique in downtown Bozeman is searching for a fellow lover of lingerie to join our team. Suelto Boutique has been making women feel beautiful across Southwest Montana since 2007. We are a cozy, women-owned brick and mortar shop specializing in high-end European and designer lingerie. We pride ourselves in our curated selection of beautiful underthings and impeccable customer care. Most of all, we love what we do and the relationships we have forged here!

 

About You

 

The perfect candidate is a person who enjoys working with people, especially women, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have sales experience in high-end retail and/or customer service experience

• Are self-motivated, mature and responsible

• Have a creative side for merchandising and appreciation for beautiful products

About the Position

 

You will be the face of Suelto during the time you are working and will have the responsibility of welcoming our guests into our little boutique so that each customer feels comfortable, safe and appreciated. You must be able to maintain a positive demeanor in all situations. The customer experience will be in your hands. You will meet amazing women and men who have incredible life stories and experiences to share all while immersed in beautiful products. You will have the opportunity to style women’s lingerie wardrobes and personally shop.

 

General duties will include:

• Our boutique offers excellent customer care and our priority is to attend to every customer

• Assist customers in selecting gifts

• Competently fit women for bras- we will train you

• Styling customers for their needs- boudoir sessions, wedding, vacations, new relationships

• Proficient with our POS in ringing up sales, performing exchanges, entering client information and taking special orders

• Communication with clients via phone, email, social media depending on their needs

• Gift wrapping

• Learn our brands, designers and the inventory we carry

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store

• Daily chores including vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning

• Some coordination of our online orders

• Assist with sales promotion activities and store design

• You will be on your feet most of the day and some moderate lifting is required

 

We are open to adapting your position to incorporate whatever skills you bring to the team.

 

Other skill sets we would love for you to share but are not required:

• You speak Social Media. You have personal accounts and enjoy learning new applications to boost creativity with your posts.

• Experience with QuickBooks Point of Sale and Microsoft Office products.

• You enjoy creative writing.

Schedule

 

This is a year-round position, and we request that only candidates who are committed to working year-round apply. Weekend work is required most every week and is non-negotiable. The boutique is open Monday through Saturday between 10 am – 6 pm with extended hours around the holidays. Additional hours are available for fill-in needs.
