  • Orders ship USPS priority mail the next business day following order placement.

  • Shipping is a flat fee of $5.50. The shipping fee is waived on purchases over $150.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your new lingerie!

If  you don’t love what you purchased, most items may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 10 days of receipt of the product. We do not offer credit card or cash refunds.

Lingerie is the closest garment we wear next to our skin. Our return policy may appear strict, but it benefits you as a customer as well as protects our inventory:

 

Return items must be in new* condition with tags attached. For the health and safety of our customers, no returns may be made on any items with a gusset except for swimwear.  Swimwear may be returned only if the gusset liner is still in place and the bathing suit is in new* condition. All hosiery, accessories, special orders, gift certificates and sale items are final sale. Panties may be tried on over panties within the shop but may not be returned. Know that you always take home a new pair!

*New means unworn, undamaged, without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached.

 

SUELTO BOZEMAN RETURN POLICY

Please bring the item into the boutique, and in order to qualify for store credit/exchange:

  1. Item must be unworn and in new* condition as stated above. 

  2. Item must be accompanied by a receipt or identifiable & tracked in our system under you or the purchaser's name.

  3. Item must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. 

  4. All original tags must be attached. 

  5. Item must have been purchased at full price. 

Exchange/Store Credit eligibility is at the sole discretion ​of Suelto Boutique.

SUELTO ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Purchases from Suelto Online may be returned for exchange or store credit only. If you need to return an item, please mail it to:

In order to qualify for exchange/store credit:

  1. Item must be unworn and in new* condition as stated above. 

  2. You must include the original order and order name inside the box. 

  3. Item must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. 

  4. All original tags must be attached. 

  5. Item must have been purchased at full price. 

If an item is returned to us and does not meet the requirements, the item will be discarded, no exchange/store credit will be given, and item will not be shipped back to you. Exchange/Store Credit eligibility is at the sole discretion ​of Suelto Boutique. If the item does meet the exchange/store credit requirements, a member of our team will be in touch about processing the exchange/store credit within 5 business days upon receipt of the item.
